RETURN POLICY
At Darr’s Cars, we take pride in transparency and customer satisfaction. Due to the unique and personalized nature of each vehicle sold, all sales are considered final.However, if a significant undisclosed issue arises prior to delivery, we will review the case individually to find a fair and reasonable solution.
Return Shipping Cost
The cost of returning the vehicle is the responsibility of the buyer, except in cases where the vehicle is returned due to a defect or discrepancy from the description.
Return Eligibility
A return request will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- The delivered vehicle does not match the description (wrong model, significantly different specifications)
- The vehicle has major defects that were not disclosed prior to sale
- The transport caused significant damage and the insurance claim has not yet been activated
Return Procedure
To request a return of a vehicle, please follow these steps:
- Contact us by phone or email to report the issue.
- Provide the necessary information, including details about the defects found and photo evidence, if possible.
- The vehicle must be returned within 7 calendar days from delivery, in the same condition it was received, without any modifications or additional damage.
Refunds
If the return of the vehicle is approved, we will provide a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping fees or any other associated costs. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days from the receipt of the returned vehicle.
